These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Bottled Earth Skin website and to purchases made through our online store.
This website is operated by Bottled Earth Limited, trading as Bottled Earth Skin Limited ("Bottled Earth", "we", "us" or "our").
Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product packaging, appearance and colour may vary slightly from images displayed on screen, including as a result of photography, packaging updates and differences between displays. Please note that batches may vary in colour, quantity, consistency depending on suppliers used to make the final product(s).
Please read the product description, ingredient information and directions for use before using a product.
If you have particular allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient information provided for the product before use. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice before use.

3. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
After you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we are unable to authorise your payment;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
- we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
All prices shown to UK consumers include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods offered during checkout.
5. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time we may offer promotional prices or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- are available for the period specified;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be subject to product or customer eligibility requirements; and
- may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Delivery charges, available services and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive it on your behalf, subject to applicable law.
Please contact us promptly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit so that we can investigate.

7. Your right to cancel and return products
Your rights to cancel an online order and return products are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
In addition to our own returns policy, UK consumers have statutory rights, including rights relating to online purchases and goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once unsealed where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose as required by applicable consumer law.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@bottledearthskin.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Product use and skincare information
Our products should be used in accordance with the directions and warnings provided on the product, its packaging and our website.
Individual skin can react differently to cosmetic ingredients. You should stop using a product if you experience an adverse reaction and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
Information provided on our website about ingredients, skincare routines or product benefits is provided for general information and cosmetic purposes. It should not be regarded as medical advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer our products to you, but your contract for the purchase of Bottled Earth products is with Bottled Earth Ltd, not Shopify.
Our website may also contain links to or integrations with other third-party services. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted.
We may occasionally need to suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
