Refund policy

We hope you love your Bottled Earth products. We offer a 14-day returns period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below. We also offer an additional 14 days after your completed return form is received by us to send us the product(s) back. Cost of shipping for return is at your charge.

Summary: 14 days notice and complete return form once you have received the product(s), 14 days once you receive our acknoledgment to physically return item(s) at your cost.

Returning an unwanted product

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and, where supplied with a hygiene or protective seal, that seal must remain intact.

To request a return, please submit a returns request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items until they reach us.

Skincare and opened products

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of sealed skincare or personal care products once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, or where you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.

Opened products will not be accepted due to health and hygiene reasons. Unless your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel an online order

Cancel

For purchases made online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order.

If your product(s) has not been dispatched, you can cancel and request a refund which will be processed within 14 days of the notice of cancellation is received by us or thereabout. Do so by calling +44 (0)7341 139631 or send us an email at info@bottledearthskin.com.

If your products have been dispatched, for hygiene and safety, we request a completed return form. Refer to return policy for information.

Return

Where applicable, we will refund the price paid for the returned products. Shipping return costs or additional delivery return charges are not refundable. The items must reach us within 14 days of contacting us for such request and approved return.

The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If a product is damaged, faulty, not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bottledearthskin.com, quoting your order number and, where appropriate, including photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Sale items

Products purchased in a sale or promotion can be returned in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights, provided they otherwise meet the applicable return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know when your refund has been processed.

Eligible refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will process refunds without undue delay and, where statutory cancellation rights apply, within the time required by law.

Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account after we have issued the refund. Shipping return costs not refundable.
